Reservation and Cancellation Policy Posada de Las Minas
• To receive a confirmed reservation, valid credit card information must be provided and a 50 % charge made to the card, or a 50 % deposit must be paid directly to the hotel bank account or at the hotel.
• At the time of check-in, valid credit card information must be provided if not provided prior to check-in, regardless of how the deposit was made previously.
Credit cards accepted:
Visa or MasterCard.
• Cancellations made one week before arrival will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within one week to two days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total stay amount for one night unless the room is subsequently rented.
• Cancellations made one day before or the day of the reservation will be charged 100 % of the total stay amount for one night unless the room is subsequently rented.
No Show Policy:
• The hotel will charge the total stay amount for one night if there is a No Show.
• The applicable No Show time is at 7 pm unless you advise us in advance of that time.
